All PDF and image processing is performed locally on your device.

3. Temporary Files

Temporary files may be created during processing inside the app’s private cache directory.

• Stored only within app storage
• Not accessible to other apps
• May be automatically deleted by the app or Android system
• Can be cleared manually through device settings

4. File Access & Export

The app uses Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF) and system file picker to allow users to open, import, and save PDFs or images.

Files are saved only to locations selected by the user. The app does not require broad storage management access.

5. Advertising

Qrivio PDF may include advertisements provided by Google AdMob in future updates.

Advertisements are currently disabled in this version of the app.

If advertisements are enabled in future versions:

• Ads may be provided by Google AdMob
• Ads may be personalized or non-personalized
• Google may process limited technical information according to its own privacy policies
• We do not directly collect personal data through advertisements

6. Internet Usage

Internet access is used only for optional advertisement services when enabled. All core PDF tools function fully offline.

7. Permissions

• Camera: Used only for document scanning
• Notifications: May be used for optional local alerts and reminders
• File Access: The app uses Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF) and system file picker for importing and exporting PDFs or images
• Internet & Network State: Used only for optional advertisement services when enabled

The app does not request:

• Location access
• Contacts access
• SMS or call logs
• External storage management access

8. Third-Party Hosting Services

This privacy policy website may be hosted using third-party hosting providers such as Netlify.

While we do not collect personal information through this website, third-party hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information such as:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device information
• Request logs
• Basic analytics required for website delivery and security

Such processing is handled by the hosting provider according to their own privacy policies and infrastructure requirements.

This does not affect the app itself, as the app does not upload user files or send personal data to external servers.

All processing happens locally on your device. Your files and data remain private at all times.

The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children and does not require registration.
